Pastor Galler wraps up one midweek Bible Study’s discussion of law and Gospel with a personal anecdote related to original sin.

Begun on Wednesday nights in the Epiphany season of 2012 and continued into the Pentecost season, after a temporary suspension for Midweek Lenten Vespers, we studied law and Gospel as a necessary distinction for understanding Holy Scripture. The study is especially with a view towards considering whether Jesus’s parables, with enough context to tell, were primarily intended as law or Gospel for their original hearers.
